ugh - I am reduced to a mere 7 push-up fitness level. hey, at least, I did push-ups today. that's twice in one week. yesterday's food consumption included a candy bar, soda, and some fast food, but today has been healthy all around. this is good when considering recently my diet has included DAILY consumption of both junk (crap from a convenient store) and fast food (crap from a drive-thru). nothing earth shattering here, but at least today the waistline did not increase...
