so this one's a little late, but I was doing the vacation thing:
weight: 146.2
waist: yeah, not in the mood to measure
diet: (excluding the not-so-good, vacation diet) soda consumption down, veggie consumption up
push-ups: 15 (yes I did recently hit 16, but after 10 days of neglect (vacation excuse again), I could barely muster the 15.)
running: hmm, wasn't this the main reason for starting this blog? yeah, still struggling with this...
This is inspiring me to do more. Not tons, but more. I think, hey, I can do a few pushups each week. And surely I can get on my bike at least once a week! At least. Running isn't my thing, but hey, moving is moving, and it feels so good afterwards (if you don't over do it, of course).
