December Assessment

weight: 159.0 (ugh)
waist: 38
diet: fast food and junk food (as is obvious from the preceding numbers)
push-ups: 16 (given the extra weight, I'm actually pleased with that number)
running: hey, I actually covered 9 miles and one of those was done in 10 minutes (course it was all pretty much down hill, but still...)
