20 more push-ups today. Probably should do about 2,000 to work off the amount of pizza I've eaten in the past 24 hours. Yeah, the new year's positive changes in diet were very short lived. I'm thinking this coming week I need to go cold turkey off the soda, candy bars, and fast food. This could get ugly.
At least you're still doing the pushups. I've kinda let them slide. Course now I'm blaming it on being sick.
