more options
sometime after I first went off to college, I developed an interest in acquiring a mountain bike. At the time, there wasn't enough money to buy much food, let alone any non-essentials. Every now and then over the course of a decade plus, I found myself looking into and/or wanting to purchase a bike, but I never got around to doing so. A couple weeks ago, I was talking with a friend who likes to bike and of course, has her own bike. I had just received my tax refund and finally followed through on the desire to own a bike. I am now the proud owner of a Trek Navigator 2.0
Now I have another form of exercise available and boy do I need some exercise. This past friday-monday, I rode a few miles each of three out of the four days. Given my recent history of exercise regularity (non-existent), that's an amazing accomplishment. I'm hoping I can find a way to ride this bike into some semblance of fitness.
